I don't work for DFAT or the NCP, but I've been passionate about the New Colombo Plan since the beginning.

I was on the original steering committee to design it and sat on the official Government Reference Group.

I also sat on the NCP Scholarship interview panels for several years.

1. I'm here to help you. I don't work for the NCP or DFAT and this is not a paid service. I make no guarantees about anything in or related to this training. Once again, I'm just here to help.

2. This training is equally open to anyone applying for the NCP Scholarship. I'm passionate about the NCP and supporting the program as a whole, as well as helping anyone who wants to be involved. You'll understand that it would be a conflict of interest to provide any sort of paid service or to unfairly advantage one applicant over another.
